Q1. Do fares stay fixed during Dev Deepawali or other peak days?
Yes. Festival blackout dates only pause the Flash ₹690 sedan but our standard fare grid stays unchanged. Quotes issued on WhatsApp include a “Surge Shield” line so drivers cannot add extras on arrival.
Q2. What if my flight is delayed beyond the 30-minute buffer?
We automatically track your flight. Delays under 90 minutes are free. After 90 minutes we either (a) keep the same driver at ₹100/15-minute standby or (b) re-dispatch the next available car with zero rebooking fee.
Q3. Can I split payment or pay digitally?
UPI, card-on-file, or cash on drop. Invoices list GST and surge shield so expense teams accept them.
Q4. How do you prevent touts from hijacking my ride?
Driver sends a selfie + plate photo on WhatsApp before you exit. We also share an OTP that must match before the journey begins, eliminating handoff scams.
Q5. How much is a Varanasi airport to city cab at night?
